Why it takes so long? Depicts our being in universe. It’s an exploration
of a memory of an image. It evokes the awareness of time and space
which still collide and merge into one intensified experience of being.
The video is photographic record of a street view during an earthquake
on Mars. Those are looped in one channel projection. The images dis
solve slowly one into another. The projection consists of 7 photographs
6×4.5 cm on a 120mm film. The sound is an extract from a recording Mars earthquake (Marsquake!) used on courtesy of European Space Agency
