A Cycle, 2025

In a time of overwhelming disturbance caused by wars and human
conflicts, one thing is certain: the cycle of life renews with time and
pushes us into the future. The ancient waters of Lake Matka (The Mother
Canyon in North Macedonia) begin a cycle of life that continues and ends
elsewhere. Individual existence is neither the beginning nor the end; it
is part of a never-ending cycle. To understand our existence and impact
on the world, we must trace cause-and-effect relationships hundreds
of years backward and forward. This understanding is essential and
liberating.
